Our thanks and gratitude goes out to whomever brought this meditation into the world.​One of us had recently completed a 21 day 'Smiling Heart Challenge' and had started sharing the mediation with others. What inspired him was how the mediation had an instant positive impact on the person receiving it. It achieved our goal of providing something simple that brings love and warmth into people’s life!​
