The initiative behind the 'My First Football' Project will take place in the town of COMBAYA located in a remote part of northern Bolivia, close by to Lake Titcaca. The Intention of the Project is to promote physical activity and education, providing children with the opportunity to develop their skills and to inspire them to pursue their dreams, in a safe environment. Currently the town has an 11-a-side synthetic grass football field, ideal for training. However, is lacking the necessary equipment and trained personal required to run the Football School. Psicoart Therapy Studio, in collaboration with Smiling Hearts, is seeking funding to bring this project to life through the provision of necessary equipment, materials and training for the local teaching staff. The project aims to be implemented within one month and aims to be ongoing and self-sustainable after this period. The Football school aims to support approximately 50 children annually who are passionate about sport with the necessary equipment and training to support them to learn: - Values both on and off the field - Commitment and Discipline - Football skills and technique; and  - A sense of identity with their own town peers.
